Exercise Classes may be subject to change due to instructor unavailability. We aim to continue providing the class to our customers rather than cancel and endeavour to provide like for like replacement. Apologies for any inconvenience caused should such a situation arise.

Junior Fitness Boxing class is fun, engaging and great for improving your fitness levels, self-confidence and discipline. This session is supervised by an enthusiastic and knowledgeable instructor who ensures a safe and effective learning environment. Appropriate footwear and clothing must be worn.

Please Note:Concessions are available to PTLL card holders and over 60's with Swingin 60's card. To qualify for concessionary prices for over 60’s, you must purchase one of our Swingin 60’s cards for £10
