Junior Fitness

Moat House Leisure & Neighbourhood Centre

Junior Fitness is a programme of activities including favourites such as football and Gymnastics but if your child is looking to try something a little different, then how about Capoeira or boxing (age restriction apply). The emphasis is on fitness, fun and learning all in one session.

Juniors can now join in with group exercise classes at Moat House Leisure Centre! You must be aged 13+ and be accompanied by an adult aged 18+. If the class requires weights an alternative bodyweight exercise will be given. Appropriate footwear must be worn. Please note: Juniors cannot attend weights focused classes such as Kettlebell classes.

Monday - Friday 3:30pm - 8:30pm (with an adult member)
Saturday & Sunday Anytime (with an adult member)
School holidays 9.00am-8.30pm (with an adult member)
Gym £4.00 / £3.20 PTLL per session £10.35pm as a Junior bolt on to an Adult membership.
